We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us.  If you do need to return your item, please note that it must be in 100% new and original condition. You have 30 days from when the item was delivered to you to return. Shipping is non-refundable on returned items. Returns will be processed with refund excluding shipping charges applied to the payment method on file for purchaser.

If you would like to exchange your item, please email tsitrashop@gmail.com to receive a return label. Exchanges will be issued an RA with label (pre-paid by us) for return item with replacement shipped upon receipt of original order.

Please send Your return/exchange item with the packing slip included and notes of which item/s with size You would like to exchange to or receive a refund for.  You can re-use the envelope the original came in as there is a 2nd seal.
